How to Use:

1. Prep the Brows:

   • Clean brows with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover.

   • Remove skin oil and surfactants using RefectoCil Saline Solution.

   • Ensure hairs and skin are completely dry.

2. Shape the Brows:

   • Use the rubber spoolie to brush through brows and comb them into the desired shape.

3. Apply Perm Solution:

   • Apply Lash & Brow Perm (1) evenly to the brow hairs, following their natural direction.

   • Avoid contact with skin; tidy edges with a dry cotton bud.

   • Processing time: 6 minutes

4. Remove Perm Solution:

   • Use a dry cotton bud or pad, following the direction of the hairs. Correct individual hairs if needed.

5. Apply Neutraliser:

   • Apply Neutralizer (2) with a brush, following the same combing technique.

   • Processing time: 4 minutes

6. Clean the Brows:

   • Remove the neutralizer with a damp cotton pad.

   • Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to completely cleanse the eyebrow area.

7. Tint (Optional):

   • Apply RefectoCil Eyebrow & Lash Tint of your choice.

   • Processing time: 3 minutes after brow lifting.

8. Finishing Touches:

   • Use the rubber spoolie to style brows.

   • Trim any excessively long hairs with eyebrow scissors if necessary.
