Magnetic Dual Ended Wand for Cat Eye Design.
Create beautiful designs with this strong magnetic wand, with one flat end and one removable flower design. Must be used with a Cat Eye Polish.

To create a vertical wide cat eye - place wand straight down the side of nail. To create an angle effect - place wand at a tilt to the side of the nail. To create a French cat eye - place at the base and tip of the nail.
